WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick-up. NOTE: We dont offer curbside pick-ups

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders above KES 1999 during for customers with coupon codes.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Standard
5 to 7 days

Flat rate
5 to 30 days

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is packeged we will send an email with your tracking information

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items/products ie but not limited to prohibited drugs , Gases etc

Orders only ship on business days which are Monday to Friday

To ensure sameday delivery orders must be placed not after 5pm the previous day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
